ingredients:
20 pcs tofu pong / Ofu sumedang
2 tbsp fried onions

puree:
4 pcs red onion
3 cloves of garlic
7 pcs chili sauce
1 tsp salt

Kuah:
2 tablespoons tamarind water
100 grams of brown sugar
250 ml of water
4 tbsp soy sauce

How to make:
1. Make sauce: boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat, strain.
2. Enter the spice paste into a sugar solution with acid water and soy sauce and cook until soft and boiling.
